The phenomenon of soil liquefaction can be an induced effect earthquake shaking where the saturated loses some or all its bearing capacity and stiffness. Likewise, increase water pressure in pores under seismic wave causes a decrease shear strength. As result, becomes liquefied susceptible to producing permanent deformations. is generally unpredictable, neglecting it influence stability structures infrastructure foundations. Since 1964 Alaska Niigata earthquakes, more research works have been conducted assess land vulnerability. This study undertaken this field, whose objective, on one hand, signal north Morocco as geo-technical part known for instability and, other semi-empirical methods adequately evaluate potential while specifying most appropriate method our case study. Similarly, based data derived from experimental results in-situ tests applied embankment crossing valley "Oued Gharifa" high-speed rail line section KP 228+400 229+375. Moreover, aims show discuss evaluation CPT (cone penetration test) using three methods, namely Juang method, Olsen Robertson method.
